Bunk bed mattress size guide

First things first: When you're shopping for bunk bed mattresses, what size are you looking for?

According to SFGate, standard twin mattresses are a perfect fit for most bunk beds. But there are also times when there's a twin mattress on the top bunk and a full mattress on the bottom, or perhaps even a futon or something else. For our purposes today, we'll be hunting primarily for affordable standard twins and keeping an eye out for the others. So without further ado, let's get into it!

The 10 best bunk bed mattresses

IKEA — Husvika Mattress

Our first stop is the Swedish-born and minimalist IKEA, which features bunk beds and frames suitable for twin mattresses, as well as the mattresses themselves. While there are several twin mattress options on the IKEA site that would fit bunk beds, the most affordable is definitely the HUSVIKA spring mattress:

Featuring high quality Bonnell springs, the HUSVIKA mattress fully supports the whole body while sleeping. It also arrives roll packed, which means it will likely take a few days (specifically 72 hours) to regain its full shape and air out suitably for slumber — so be patient.

The height and width of this mattress fit exactly in most children's extendable/trundle beds:

They also fit perfectly for most kids' daybeds, so they're almost certainly a good fit for most bunk beds, too.

There's also a 25-year Limited Warranty available with the HUSVIKA.

Sizing

The size of the HUSVIKA spring mattress is as follows:

  • Length: 74 3/8 " (189 cm)
  • Width: 38 1/4 " (97 cm)
  • Thickness: 5 1/8 " (13 cm)

Where to buy/pricing

You can get the Husvika spring mattress for $120 on the IKEA website, or possibly at a physical IKEA store near you. Find IKEA discount codes here before you shop.

Pros:

  • Comfortable and supportive for sleep
  • Affordable
  • The HUSVIKA is known to be the best IKEA mattress for children
  • Good for those with allergies or sensitive skin
  • Excellent for front and back sleepers (side sleepers may want to try a different model)

Cons:

  • Some feel that the longevity of the HUSVIKA mattress is not as good as it could be

Bottom line:

IKEA's HUSVIKA mattress has all the qualities parents are seeking when they're shopping for a bunk bed mattress — especially affordability! It may not last as long as other mattresses, but, then again, your kids won't stay little for very long either.

Dorel Home Quilted Mattress

We took a dive into Walmart's bunk bed mattress selection, and found this gem: the Dorel Home Quilted Mattress.

Score! This mattress has no toxicity or safety warnings on it at all, it's Earth-friendly to boot (contains 50% or more pre-consumer recycled content), and it has GREENGUARD GOLD Certification

Sizing

  • Length: 71"
  • Width: 39"
  • Thickness: 6"

Where to buy/pricing

You can get this mattress on the Walmart website for $49. You can also find Walmart coupon codes here.

  • Ideal for bunk beds, daybeds, roll-out beds and twin size beds
  •  Has GREENGUARD GOLD Certification.

Cons:

  • Some complained this model is thinner than other twin mattresses and feels more like a futon mattress

Bottom line:

People liked the color options and most reviewers felt this was a decent bunk bed for their children. Great for smaller kids who aren't very heavy. Adults and larger kids, please keep it movin'. This one won't work for you. Also, if you try it out and find you don't like it, there are 3 ways to do easy Walmart returns here.

LUCID Gel Memory Foam Mattress

Next up we checked for the highest rated affordable bunk bed mattress on Amazon. When we searched for that criteria, there were a few within range (we're trying to stay under $100, or, if not possible, then as close to $100 as possible), but the best price for the best bunk bed mattress we saw was this:

The LUCID 5 inch Gel Memory Foam Mattress is ideal for bunk beds as well as twin bed frames and other similar slumber setups.

The gel memory foam helps kids sleep cool and conforms to your body. There's a ventilated cooling layer and a supportive base foam layer, as well as open cell construction for  greater durability.

Easy to move around and CertiPUR-US certified, this mattress is also dust mite-resistant.

Sizing

  • Length: 75"
  • Width: 39"
  • Thickness: 5"

Where to buy/pricing

You can get this bunk bed mattress on Amazon for $94.98. Try looking for Amazon promo codes before you shop, too.

  • Comes with a 10-year Warranty in the U.S.
  • Most reported it's very comfortable
  • Some insist sleeping on this mattress relieved their chronic back pain
  • Perfect for bunk beds and lofts

Cons:

  • Some felt it didn't expand to the full 5 inches
  • Some complained of the smell at unboxing; others said the smell was barely noticeable

Bottom line:

This is another excellent bunk bed mattress for kids. Adults even sleep on it occasionally and give it high praises. Always give rolled mattresses a chance to fill out and offgas, maybe at least 3 days, before sleeping on them. After this, if they're still not expanded to your liking or the smell is sticking around, check Amazon's refund policies here.

Zinus Green Tea Memory Foam Pressure Relief Mattress

Moving along, we came upon a treasure at the Zinus website. Our most lovely and perfect bunk bed mattress yet, in the most suitable and ideal bunk bed mattress size, came with all sort of other perks — and all for only $104.

First, making a mattress out of green tea extract and ActivCharcoal is really cutting edge and sounds refreshing and healthy as heck. Did that description say we'd smell like green tea when we woke up on this mattress? Yum! Second, these beds are CertiPUR-US certified, meaning the memory foam is safe and free of toxic chemicals.

Third, there's a light, airy design with strategic pressure relief and conforming contour memory foam to optimize your comfort. Who doesn't love this for their kids bunk beds??

As a 6-inch twin mattress, the bunk bed sleepers can enjoy a firm feel to their mattress - which they can test out over a lengthy 100-night in-home trial! If they decide they don't like it? Return it! There's no risk here.

Sizing

  • Length: 75"
  • Width: 39"

Most customers love these as exemplified by the reviews on the Zinus site. With the long in-home trial offered, you should definitely give it at least a few weeks to decide. If your mattress' smell lingers, keep it in a room with all windows open for as long as possible and/or vacuum it. • Soft knit polka dot fabric cover

Cons:

  • Some reported it wasn't thick enough for adult beds and felt "more like a topper" (it's designed for kids, however, so keep that in mind)

These are kids' mattresses, so unless you are kid-sized, they probably won't work out for you - unless you plan to use it as a 'topper' like some have suggested. The Best Mattress for Back Pain You Can Buy Online

Do you have back pain? You're not alone. And the mattress you sleep on can make it a thousand times better — or worse. So what are you sleeping on? We've explored the web for the best online mattresses for back pain relief.

Do you experience back pain? You aren't alone. The American Chiropractic Association reports that nearly 80% of all people will likely have some type of back problem during their lifetimes, and over half of working Americans surveyed report having back pain every year. But what can be done?

Well, aside from their suggestions of staying active, warming up before exercising, wearing the proper, low-heeled shoes, and maintaining a healthy diet and weight, experts also recommend sleeping on a mattress with the appropriate firmness to prevent curvature to the spine.

So what is the best online mattress for back pain?

When searching for the best online mattress for back pain, we visited numerous online mattress reviews and several expert-written articles for guidance. According to Tuck, a mattress should provide proper spinal support, and "reduce back pain by providing an even, stable surface that helps the sleeper maintain proper spinal alignment, regardless of their sleep position.

However, each sleep position affects spinal alignment in different ways, and the sleeper’s body weight is also an important factor to consider." When choosing your mattress, all of these factors must be considered in order to prevent further harm and to hopefully alleviate pain.

Additionally, whenever possible, you should try out the mattress to see how it feels before purchasing. The good news is that many of the online mattresses companies we examined now offer in-home trials (some of them as long as a year) for this very purpose, so you're in luck!

With all this in mind, we concluded from our research that these mattresses were best in the following categories:

Best mattress for lower back pain: Saatva or Amerisleep As2

Best mattress for upper back pain: Leesa

Best mattress for overall back pain: Loom & Leaf

Best mattress for athletes/very active individuals: Bear

Since it's been estimated that 10% of the U.S. population has chronic lower back pain and it's the 2nd leading cause of disability claims, let's start our online mattress comparison with the best options for lower back pain first:

Best online mattresses for lower back pain

Helix

Our first online mattress review is Helix, which offers fully customizable mattresses delivered to your door at reasonable prices. The Helix website explains that, "Each Helix Mattress has unique support characteristics to align your spine based on your body and sleep style. That means less pain and deeper sleep."One unique perk to the Helix brand is that each side of the bed can be customizable — not just the bed itself — so that each sleep partner can enjoy optimal support for their best spinal alignment on their side of the bed. What's more, you get a full 100 nights to try out your Helix.

If you decide you don't like it, they'll refund your money in full (including shipping) and they'll also send someone to pick up your mattress from you and either donate or recycle it.

Helix starts you off with a short Sleep Quiz to help you select your best mattress. My Sleep Quiz results matched me up with a Helix Dusk mattress — not too firm or too soft with 'all positions body contouring' and extra density in the top and middle layers for the proper support based on my body type. Here's the info:

You can also shop here for support based on how you sleep (side, stomach, or back sleeper) or your body type, which Helix matches with mattresses like the Helix Sunset, Moonlight, Midnight, Twilight, and Dawn.

Helix also offers a Nightfall model for Big and Tall or Plus-Sized folks with a medium feel and maximum support as well as all positions contouring. Their Dual Balanced or Dual Extra versions are great for those who need different firmness and feels on two sides of the same mattress.

Price: Starting at $600, Helix mattress prices vary with customization options and size up to $150.

Delivery options? Your mattress will be delivered with free shipping via UPS Ground anywhere in the United States within 6-10 business days. Special delivery needs are best addressed through UPS MyChoice as Helix does not offer any other options.

Do Helix mattresses alleviate back pain? Yes, back pain sufferers can alleviate their suffering through the properly customized combination of firmness, body contouring, and support levels - and try it for a lengthy in-home trial to see if it works for them or not.

Is there an in-home trial period? Yes, 100 nights.

Are Helix mattresses customizable? Yes, these mattresses can be customized for your preference of plush/medium/firm feel, contouring for side sleepers (the most common sleep position) or for all sleep positions, and either balanced or extra support for your body size. Additionally, you can choose for one side of your mattress to be firm and the other plush with side sleeper pressure relief, or for one side to be plush and the other firm with all sleep positions body contouring.

Pros:

  • More affordable than some other online mattress brands
  • Fully customizable
  • Financing options are available

Cons:

  • Only a short 5-year warranty is offered on each mattress
  • No White Glove or other delivery options

Bottom Line:

If you've got back pain, particularly in the lower back, Helix mattress might be the solution for you. You can try it for 100 nights to see if you have the same results others have — in which case, you can rave about it in reviews — or if not, you can return it 100% free of charge. They'll even refund your shipping and pick the mattress up from you themselves. (And if you're interested, Helix also makes sheets, mattress protectors, bases, pillows, and more.)

Saatva

Another of the top online mattresses for lower back pain is Saatva, the second of several premium online mattress brands recommended by experts.

The Saatva Mattress addresses back pain by combining 5 features commonly found in premium bedding with their patented 'Spinal Zone sleep technology,' illustrated above, culminating in a mattress offering the correct spinal alignment, weight distribution, and body support necessary to alleviate lingering back pain.

In addition to Saatva's individually wrapped coil system and the extra cushion of their luxury pillow tops, the center third of their mattresses (the lumbar region) provide additional active support which enhances sleep quality and ensures correct spinal alignment, and earned them the Chiropractic Seal of Approval.

Saatva mattresses are also more affordable than some similar brands while offering superior comfort and top level sustainability.

To find your perfect comfort level, Saatva offers a comfort scale from 1 to 10, i.e. the softest or most plush feel to the firmest. (These mattresses aren't ideal for people who prefer levels 1 or 2)

Price: Prices vary from $599 - $1399.

Delivery options? Your mattress will be delivered within a 4-hour time window announced the day before. Free white glove delivery and mattress removal is available upon advanced request.

Do Saatva mattresses alleviate back pain? Yes. This brand maintains a full 5 stars on Trustpilot with over 439 reviews, many of which specifically noted their back pain was alleviated after switching to a Saatva mattress.

Is there an in-home trial period? Yes, 120 days.

Are Saatva mattresses customizable? Not really, but you have some choices, i.e. you can choose your mattress size (6 sizes offered from Twin to Cal King), comfort level (explained in the image above), height of your mattress (2 options; either 11.5" or 14.5"), and you can add an adjustable base for between $1,199–$2,498. Additionally, you can add a foundation or frame.

Pros:

  • Made in the USA
  • Great customer service
  • Free white glove service and old mattress removal
  • Constructed from premium grade eco-friendly materials

Cons:

  • The company hasn't been around very long

Bottom Line:

You can select your firmness preference as well as height and size, with some extras available as well. Reviews on Trustpilot, as mentioned above, are a solid 5 stars with many insisting their back pain (most specifically lower back pain) was resolved by their Saatva mattress.

Amerisleep AS2

The third suggestion for chronic lower back pain sufferers is the Amerisleep AS2 mattress. Amerisleep offers mattresses with unique body contouring  and spinal alignment features, beneficial for different types of back pain and individual sleep preferences.

The AS2 is said to have 2 inches of thick memory foam over a highly supportive base layer which cushions and prevents the exacerbating of pressure points.

It's also Amerisleep's best-selling mattress, offering a medium-firm feel and optimal comfort for lower back pain sufferers, and is especially good for back and stomach sleepers as well.

Amerisleep mattresses also come with sag-free Bio-Core foam support, that won't sag and remains supportive of your spine's natural alignment even after decades of sleep pressure.

The AS2 specifically offers minimal sinkage, so the individual can easily change positions while sleeping.

To put the icing on the cake, Amerisleep's mattress covers are made from Celliant, a fabric that brilliantly converts heat into rejuvenating infrared energy, promoting muscle and tissue recovery through the increase of blood flow - so you wake up feeling refreshed and re-energized.

Price: $999 - $1898 Varies with 7 sizes (from Twin to Split King).

Delivery options? Your mattress will be delivered with free shipping via FedEx, usually within a week (or less) of your order. There don't appear to be any other delivery options.

Bear Mattress

Fourth in our line-up of expert-recommended mattresses for lower back pain is Bear Mattress, popular among athletes for the use of Celliant technology (as mentioned in our Amerisleep review above, Celliant is said to rejuvenate the body overnight by converting its heat to infrared energy and stimulating temporarily increased blood flow).

Bear Mattress has also been mentioned in several widely-read publications which have noted the mattresses' efficacy at alleviating back pain, sleeping cool, and promoting athletic recovery. Bear was also named as Business Insider's economical Best Mattress under $1000 for back pain.

Bear mattresses come in 2 basic types: the original Bear and the Bear Hybrid, compared in detail here.

Aside from the noteworthy price difference, the other main differences between the two mattresses are that the original Bear mattresses have these features:

while the Bear Hybrids have these:

Both versions are superb at alleviating pain and promoting recovery, however, so either one would be a great choice for lower back pain sufferers (or other types of back pain as well).

Price: Bear mattresses start at $540, while Bear Hybrids start at $1350.

Delivery options?  Shipping is free throughout the U.S. (except to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico), and your mattress will arrive via FedEx Ground within a week to 10 days, depending upon your order and location. No other delivery options are offered.

Bottom Line:

This mattress brand is excellent for active people looking for a way to rejuvenate their muscles, or alleviate (lower back) pain overnight. There's no risk for 100 nights and their return policy is simple.

Best mattresses for upper back pain

Leesa

As we continue our search for the best online mattresses for back pain - turning now to the best mattress for upper back pain - we have to go with the expert recommended Leesa

According to Sleepopolis,  the Leesa could "be an excellent choice for those who suffer from upper back pain and tightness. The Leesa exhibits incredibly consistent pressure relief, even for side sleepers, which is somewhat rare among mattress models. This consistent level of support throughout can help keep the entire back — and not just the lower back — feeling supported and aligned while sleeping."

The Leesa mattress company actually offers 2 main mattresses, the Leesa and the Sapira, compared in detail here. While both provide superior back support, you can take their online quiz here to help determine which model is best for you. (Since our expert recommendation focused on the Leesa, however, that will be our continued focus for this review.)

When you start sleeping on the 3 cozy layers of a Leesa, back pain of all types tends to dissipate - while the Avena layer maintains temperature regulation so you stay cool all night.

While back sleepers will notice the Leesa's excellent lumbar support, they'll also enjoy superior weight distribution across the body, great contouring for all sleeping positions, and noticeable alleviation of  pressure points, experienced by those with upper back pain - as well as all back pain sufferers - as a nearly immediate relief.

And if you live near any of the almost 100 select West Elm locations that showcase Leesa products, you may be able to check them out in person!

Price: The Leesa starts at $525 and the Sapira starts at $995.

Delivery options? Free shipping (and returns) with white glove delivery available for an extra $100.

Is there an in-home trial period? Yes, 100 nights.

Are Leesa mattresses customizable? No, not really. There are 2 main mattress types and 6 sizes to choose from, as well as a few different bed frames and accessories you can add if you wish.

While Casper mattresses arrive in a box as shown below, they spring back into shape once removed and set up, retaining the premium ergonomic support they're known for.

Although some say the Casper is best for chronic lower back pain, others are convinced it's good for zoned support, or alleviating all types of back pain. And with their 100-night in-home trial, you can try the Casper to see if it helps with your specific back pain at no risk, as you'll be fully refunded if you decide you don't like it within that time.

The Casper's constitution is said to be ideal for the average weight sleeper, has medium firmness and provides a good contoured balance.

While all 3 of the Casper mattress varieties offer innovative ergonomic alignment, the Casper Wave is most beneficial for back pain with its hyper-targeted ergonomic support and pressure relief at 36 points. It's the only one endorsed by the American Chiropractic Association as well.

The Wave is available in 6 sizes, and also has advanced heat wicking and temperature regulation to help you sleep cool

Free shipping and returns, a 10 year warranty, and complimentary in-home setup are a few of the perks that come with your purchase of a Wave mattress.

When you've got a Casper, back pain is no match!

Price: The Wave starts at $1095 (best for back pain), the original Casper starts at $595, and the Essential starts at $350.

Delivery options? Your mattress will be delivered to your doorstep via UPS free of charge. White glove delivery is also available for an additional fee in the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Greater Toronto area of Canada. The Casper Wave mattress also qualifies for free in-home setup within those regions.

Do Casper mattresses alleviate back pain? Yes, the Wave especially is said to have proprietary ergonomics, offering superior zoned support and pressure relief at 36 points. The Casper Wave is endorsed by the American Chiropractic Association.

Is there an in-home trial period? Yes, 100 days.

Are Casper mattresses customizable? Not really. The Wave is the best option for back pain, and is available in 6 sizes.

Pros:

  • Prompt delivery
  • Outstanding customer service
  • No risk trial period of 100 days
  • Easy refund process if not satisfied
  • 10 year warranty

Cons:

  • Some complained of their mattress sagging in the middle; most were able to refund/exchange and were satisfied, but not those experiencing the problem after the 100 day trial ended
  • Some disliked the odor at unboxing, said it lasts a couple of weeks

Bottom Line:

Most were happy with their Casper, but keep an eye out for sagging or other problems to develop over the 100 night trial and get an exchange or refund right away if you notice anything. Try a little extra ventilation in the room if possible to help get rid of the smell faster after unboxing.

Purple

Next up is another expert recommended online mattress, well-known for its pressure relieving abilities - the Purple

Purple makes two main mattress varieties: the Original Purple and the New Purple. The differences are outlined below, with the features of the Original Purple illustrated on the left and the New Purple on the right.

According to Sleepopolis,  the Purple Mattress (both varieties) has a layer of hyper elastic polymer,  making for a swift reaction to sleep movements and beneficial for all sleeping positions. This reaction time is beneficial for those with back pain because the mattresses contours immediately to their body, allowing for quick, optimized comfort.

To explain further, Sleepopolis shares that (also for both mattress varieties), "heavier sleepers will feel the pressure relief of the Purple Mattress easily, while lighter sleepers may experience the polymer layer as firmer." With multiple thickness and firmness options available, and above average pain/pressure relief, the Purple Mattress is likely to alleviate all types of back pain.

When you order a Purple Mattress, you'll get free shipping to your doorstep and complimentary white glove service upon advanced request with old mattress removal as well - nice!

Both Purple Mattress varieties come with a 10-year warranty, 100 night in-home trial, and free returns, too.

Price:  The Original Purple starts at $699 and the New Purple starts at $1299.

Delivery options? Basic doorstep delivery arrives free of charge via FedEx, and you can set preferences through the FedEx Delivery Manager. If you'd like white glove delivery, (it's complimentary) they'll do in-home setup as well as old mattress removal (but not old box spring removal - you're on your own for that). Just select white glove delivery at checkout if that's your preference.

Do Purple mattresses alleviate back pain? Yes, their Smart Grid technology and various other features make them superior for pressure point alleviation and quick-acting body contouring support.

Is there an in-home trial period? Yes, 100 days.

Are Purple mattresses customizable?  Not really, but the Purple Original comes in 5 sizes, and the New Purple comes in 3 comfort levels and 5 sizes.

Pros:

  • Excellent motion isolation
  • Free shipping and in-home setup available
  • Especially beneficial for heavier sleepers
  • Superb pressure point alleviation

Cons:

  • Company is somewhat new
  • They have a rating of F on the BBB website
  • Some felt they offer poor edge support

Bottom Line:

The BBB rating is a concern, but there are only 9 negative reviews/5 positive reviews on that site. Amazon has over 842 reviews and Purple holds a 4.1 out of 5 star rating there. If you're interested in trying out their pressure point alleviating mattress formulas and the prices don't hold you back, we think you'll have a good opportunity to check them out during the 100 night trial. Just make sure you keep receipts and original packaging and remain persistent if a refund is necessary.

Loom & Leaf

Our last dive into back pain alleviating online mattresses takes a close-up of the Loom & Leaf.

Rated as the top memory foam mattress for back pain sufferers in recent expert guides, the Loom & Leaf has a spine-supporting layer of medical grade gel on top of a thick layer of bio-based memory foam (non-toxic & will produce no offgassing) which combine to provide cooling, optimal support, and superior body contouring. Underneath all of that lies nearly 6 inches of foundation foam to gently support it all.

The Loom & Leaf Relaxed Firm mattress is ideal for back pain, with a firmness level set between 5 and 7 being beneficial for most sleepers, according to SleepDelivered.

Good for all sleep positions and chiropractor-approved, Loom & Leaf mattresses are made with an organic cotton cover and thistle flame retardant.

Additionally, they're made in the USA, offer a lengthy 120-day in-home trial, and maintain the highest of eco-friendly standards in sourcing and manufacturing.

Their site states their mattresses are comparable with Tempur-Pedic, but are 60% cheaper. Here's their handy comparison chart on the subject:

When you're ready to buy, you'll have some options on your way through the checkout. The Relaxed Firm comfort level is already chosen in grey below, and they've preselected the Queen size mattress from among the 6 possible sizes - of course, you can choose your own size and comfort level.

You can also select whether you'd like a base, foundation, or frame, and if you need mattress removal. In-home delivery is complimentary, so your price shouldn't change when you enter your address.

Price: Ranges by size from $749 for a Twin to $1499 for a Cal King.

Delivery options?  They offer free white glove delivery and old mattress removal.

Do Loom & Leaf mattresses alleviate back pain? Yes, it's said to be very helpful in alleviating back pain; there are numerous reviews here with customers raving about how Loom & Leaf helped their back pain

Is there an in-home trial period? Yes, 120 nights.

Are Loom & Leaf mattresses customizable? No, but you can choose a size and firmness level.

Pros:

  • They don't roll these and vacuum-seal them into a box for delivery. They hand deliver them and set it all up for you. Much better for the mattress!
  • Long 120 night in-home trial
  • 15 year warranty
  • Financing is available
  • They maintain a solid 4 out of 5 stars on Trustpilot after 99 reviews, with lots about how much they helped alleviate back pain

Cons:

  • A few said the mattress got uncomfortable over time
  • Some had trouble with customer service (but most did not)
  • A little pricey for some budgets

Bottom Line:

The Loom & Leaf comes highly recommended for back pain sufferers, and from the looks of Trustpilot reviews, many have had their back pain (and other aches and pains) alleviated by sleeping on one. The highest recommendation is for the Relaxed Firm, but if you think a firmer mattress will be better for you, you've got a 120 day in-home trial to find out!

The Best Mattresses for Children, Toddlers, & Babies That You Can Buy Online

Looking for the best mattress you can buy online for your kid, toddler, or baby? We've got the top brands and what they offer here — and you may be surprised what you can get delivered in a box.

As we investigated the best kids' mattresses available online, the issue of safety kept coming up.  How safe is each mattress model for kids, toddlers, and babies, and what are the certifications necessary to prove it?

Considering that each child spends approximately 3,923 hours per year on their mattress according to some calculations,  (or 39230 hours if the mattress is kept for 10 years), the construction and components of the mattress, as well as any chemicals involved in the manufacturing process, gain increased importance.

We got into some detailed articles on the subject, which we'll highlight for you in each section of this guide to the best kids' mattresses online.

Best types of mattresses and labels for kids and toddlers

It's incredibly important to ask questions and read labels thoroughly when choosing the best mattresses for kids' beds. While there are countless mattresses out there to choose  from, there are 2 main variations to keep in mind:

  • The innerspring, usually layered and made with one of two types of inner springs.
  • The foam, usually made of polyurethane.

There are also hybrids of those two, as well as latex models — which some say are great for allergy-sufferers (if they're 100% natural latex).

Then there are the confusing textile labels.

  • The USDA organic logo is great to find, but while it does ensure how the fibers of the mattress were grown, it does not necessarily provide assurance of the processing methods involved.
  • Oeko-Tek indicates the screening out of harmful substances, and is found primarily on European and Japanese labels — but if found in the U.S., it may indicate only certain parts of the product meet the standard's criteria and not the whole thing.
  • The GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) provides quality assurance of several key safety and environmental criteria (i.e. its label requires that at least 70% of the product fibers are organic), but it hasn't yet been universally accepted.
  • Certi-PUR indicates the foam in the mattress is made without certain hazardous chemicals, i.e. ozone depleters, heavy metals like mercury and lead, PBDEs, TDCPP, or TCEP flame retardants, phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission, and formaldehyde, as well as being low VOC.
  • Finally, Greenguard certification means the product has met rigorous standards for emissions of VOCs into indoor air.

Each type of mattress generally has it's pros and cons and it's for you to decide what's best for your family —  but we'll provide you with the basics you need to know on each of the best mattresses for kids' beds suggested below:

Things to consider when shopping for a children's mattress

When shopping for the littlest members of the family, extra care must always be taken. Of course, crib mattresses must be held to the highest of safety and quality standards and be firm  enough to  avoid suffocation, so a foam mattress would probably not be  recommended  for a crib.

Toddlers or older kids could opt for an eco-friendly foam, but may also be better off with an innerspring, depending upon the age, developmental stage, and abilities of the child.

Questions to ask yourself:

  • Will the mattress be/remain firm enough to ensure their face doesn't sink in as they sleep and cause breathing difficulties?
  • Can the child turn themselves over easily or turn their heads independently if they're having trouble breathing?
  • Can they do this both when awake and while they're sleeping?
  • Do they have any allergies which might be exacerbated by any components of the mattress?
  • Do they take any medications that induce a deep sleep/might prevent them from waking if they started to have trouble breathing?
  • Are there any chemicals in the mattress which are hazardous to inhale or lie on over a period of time? Is there a period of offgassing during which the child should not sleep on the bed?
  • Will they be able to get into/out of bed independently if they need to use the bathroom or if there's an emergency?
  • Parents and caregivers will want to look carefully into these and other safety issues and seek out the proper certifications when browsing for a baby or toddler mattress.

Overall, with all the proper consideration given to these concerns, we've decided on 'best of' winners of the following categories:

Our picks: best mattresses for kids and toddlers

Best Overall: Naturepedic Verse Organic Kids' Mattress

Best for Toddlers:

  1. Pure-Rest Organic for the Level 10 health/eco-conscious family
  2. Big Kid's Bed or 'BKB' from Nest Bedding for the Level 10 conscious                                                   family on a budget (or otherwise)

Best for Older Kids: Love & Sleep by Nest Bedding

Best for the Budget: Lucid

Best for Travel: AeroBed for Kids

Most Innovative: Sleep Number Kids (with the accompanying app)

Best online mattresses for toddlers and young children

Our research on the subject suggests that the best toddler mattress for you which can be ordered online may be one of these 3.   Be sure to give them a glance as you shop:

Pure-Rest Organic

Price: Youth mattresses range from $990-1900 for sizes up to a Twin XL (Adult mattresses can cost as much as $3400 for a Cal King). They also have crib mattresses starting at $325.

*There's a Clearance and Special Sales section on their site to watch for deals.

Are these recommended for children/toddlers? Yes, they have a whole section of youth as well as crib mattresses. Pure-Rest is recommended by Consumer Reports as well as Organic and Healthy, Inc. as a 100% organic company in business in San Diego, CA since 1992.

What are the delivery options? Delivery is made via UPS Ground from San Diego. For my location in Michigan, shipping would be $45 for a youth mattress. To find your shipping rate, put the mattress you like in your shopping cart here and enter your shipping data.

Do they have any safety (or other) certifications? Numerous! To give you an idea, here some of them:

Is there an in-home trial offered? No.

Refund/warranty policies? Pure-Rest mattresses may not be returned once opened unless they are defective. Mattresses come with a 20-year warranty (10 years fixed + 10 years prorated); crib mattresses come with a 10-year warranty (5 years fixed + 5 years prorated) If you are especially sensitive to smells, you may order a mattress test kit prior to purchase. Details can be read here

Pros:

  • 100% organic with numerous safety and environmental certifications
  • Made with no toxic chemicals, no synthetic rubber, polyester, or other fillers
  • Tested for contaminants by an independent lab on a regular basis
  • Recommended by Consumer Reports and Organic and Healthy, Inc.
  • Warranties are offered for 10-20 years depending upon the type of mattress you order

Cons:

  • Expensive
  • No free shipping

Bottom Line:

Although they are quite pricey, Pure-Rest mattresses are probably among the purest you can find for children's (and adult) mattresses.

Since some groups insist the offgassing of children's mattresses is extremely toxic, with some researchers believing they may play a significant role in the development of certain childhood disorders and only some states banning the flame retardants often responsible, the possibility of an organic option is attractive. If you can afford these, we think they're probably worth it.

Naturepedic

Next stop on our adventure to find the best mattress for toddlers brings us to the Naturepedic Verse Organic Kids' Mattress.

Naturepedic makes organic products (mattresses and bedding) for adults, children, and babies, each GOTS-certified and hand-crafted by Amish artisans.

Their kids' collection features 3 main mattresses:

Our favorite is the Naturepedic Verse Organic Mattress as it's been reviewed and given high praises by Green Child magazine, Business Insider, HackToSleep, and Amazon reviewers, as well as carrying an 8.9/10 rating on Slumber Search.

Price: Twins start at $899, and prices range up to the Queen size at $1299.

Are these recommended for children/toddlers? Yes, they are recommended by several entities including Green Child magazine, and Business Insider. Plus, 91% of reviews (4.6 out of 5 stars) from verified customers on the Naturepedic site recommend the Verse Organic Mattress.

What are the delivery options? It ships via FedEx Ground, Curbside, or Threshold (In-Home Setup can be arranged with advanced notice), compressed and roll-packed, and assembly is covered in this video. For my address in Michigan, they quoted me the shipping rate of $75. If you're near one of their retail locations, you may be able to pick your order up and spare yourself the delivery fee; check their locations here.

Do they have any safety (or other) certifications? Yes, they have many certifications, and have received numerous endorsements and awards. Here are some for example:

Is there an in-home trial offered? No.

Refund/warranty policies? Naturepedic offers a 30-day money back guarantee for all kids' products purchased through the official Naturepedic site. (If you purchased your mattress elsewhere, i.e. Amazon, follow their return policies.) Kids' mattresses carry a 10-year limited warranty.

Pros:

Cons:

  • Some felt their mattress was a bit too firm (although firm mattresses are safer for small children and babies)
  • Expensive

Bottom Line:

These are superior quality, durable, safe mattresses for children lasting at least 10 years. If you find them too firm, returns are offered within 30 days of purchase - but buyer pays all return shipping costs. Your best bet may be to find a Naturepedic retailer here and check them out in person before ordering.

Nest Bedding

Third on our voyage to find the best toddler mattress available online, we arrive at Nest Bedding.

Nest Bedding offers luxury mattresses, bedding, and other furniture both online and in several showrooms nationwide. They make two mattresses designed especially for kids, one being the BKB, or 'Big Kids' Bed', perfect for toddlers, and the other, being a bit more for older kids, is the Love & Sleep model. Both are shown below.

Those seeking online toddler mattresses will want to check out the BKB first.

The Nest BKB is the first bed-in-a-box kids' mattress available online. Using only CertiPUR-US certified foams, no toxic ingredients, and no chemical fire barrier, the BKB is likely a healthy choice for your child's bed.

The BKB is 7 inches tall, slightly thinner than adult mattresses, and comes in Twin, Twin XL, and Full sizes. Useable with any base, including bunk beds or trundles, the BKB is durable and comfy for kids up to 120 pounds.

For larger or older kids, there's the Love & Sleep mattress:

Greenguard Gold certified and also made in the USA, the Love & Sleep bed is constructed of latex-free, vitamin and mineral-infused Energex foam and a SmartFlow Air Flow layer with Thermic Phase Change Cooling Fabric to ensure your kid sleeps nice and cool.

Price: The BKB starts at $299 and the Love & Sleep starts at $399.

Are these recommended for children/toddlers? Yes, for toddlers and both small and larger/older children. (They also make crib mattresses, though they were not reviewed here today.) They are made in the USA, non-toxic, with CertifPUR-US certified foam and a soft topped, simple design. The BKB and the Love & Sleep both have consistent 4 and 5 star ratings throughout top industry online review sites.

What are the delivery options? They ship to you free of charge via FedEx or UPS to your doorstep, and most deliveries do not require a signature. Contact one of their stores by phone during business hours to arrange White Glove delivery.

Do they have any safety (or other) certifications? Yes, their foams are CertiPUR-US certified and the Love & Sleep is Greenguard Gold certified.

Is there an in-home trial offered? Yes, a 100-night in-home trial is offered. Want to check Nest Bedding out in a showroom before you purchase? There are several nationwide; check their locator here.

Refund/warranty policies? Exchanges or returns are offered after the 30th day of your 100-night in-home trial. Read the details here. Nest Bedding products come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty, explained in detail here. After the 100-night trial ends, if your needs change and you require a different kind of mattress to be comfortable, Nest offers the Lifetime Comfort Guarantee, which allows you to buy a different bed for 50% of the current retail price (BKB Kids' Bed excluded).

Pros:

  • Made in the USA
  • All foams used are CertiPUR-US certified
  • Love & Sleep is Greenguard Gold certified
  • There's a lengthy 100-night in-home trial
  • More affordable than some other brands
  • Lifetime Warranty

Cons:

  • Some complained about a slight offgassing odor, but usually passes within 1-2 days
  • Fewer safety and environmental certifications than some other brands

Bottom Line:

These became popular as the first online kids' mattresses offered (although there are lots more now!) and they're much more affordable than some others we've covered, too. If you don't mind these having fewer safety and environmental certifications, you're probably good to go here. I'd let the mattress sit in a well-ventilated room (i.e. with the windows wide open, if possible) for at least 2 full days and nights to make sure the offgassing passes before allowing the child to sleep on it - even then, make sure to monitor for headaches, etc. throughout the in-home trial.

Best online mattresses for older or larger kids

For older or larger kids, these next beds are ideal. Let's visit the Casper Essential first:

Casper

We think one of the best twin mattresses for kids might be the Casper kids' mattress. From the moment they see it's arrived in its cool striped box to the minute they stretch out on it for the first time, kids are sure to be stoked about you ordering their new Casper Essential!

Although not specifically made for kids, the Casper Essential does the job with its size, cover, and consistency - and especially its price.

It's about 1 1/2 inches thinner than the original Casper, and comes with a super easy-to-clean removable (and dark, stain-hiding) cover, is constructed of 3 layers of CertiPUR-US certified foam, and all cover tops and fire socks are OEKO-TEX certified.

Available in Twin, Twin XL, Full, Queen, King and Cal King sizes, the Casper Essential mattress prices are super low. ($350-$725).

Got a kid who likes to change rooms a lot, drag their mattress into the living room for Movie Night, or plans to leave for college soon? They're likely to love their lightweight Casper Essential. The Twins weigh only 44 pounds, and can be easily transported from one room - or residence - to another.

Price: Essentials start at $350 for a Twin and range up to $725 for a Cal King.

Are these recommended for children/toddlers? Yes. Sleep Advisor sees these as ideal kids' mattresses as they're thinner than adult mattresses, useable with almost any type of foundation, cheaper than most, light and can be moved easily, comprised of CertiPUR-US certified foams, and they sleep cool.

What are the delivery options? These are delivered free of charge via UPS Standard throughout the contiguous U.S. and parts of Canada. In some parts of New York City, Los Angeles, and San Francisco, they offer same day courier delivery.

Do they have any safety (or other) certifications? Yes, their foams are CertiPUR-US certified and their fire socks and cover tops are OEKO-TEX certified.

Is there an in-home trial offered? Yes, 100 nights.

Refund/warranty policies? Free returns are offered until the 100th night of your in-home trial. Each mattress comes with a 10-year warranty.

Pros:

  • Superb customer service reps are available 7 days per week to answer questions
  • Lightweight, easy to move around
  • Affordable
  • Comes with a lengthy 100-night in-home trial
  • Works with almost any supportive base

Cons:

  • Fewer certifications than some other brands
  • Might not be supportive enough for very heavy individuals

Bottom Line:

The Casper Essential gives sleepy kids a supportive, medium-firm feel and the streamlined construction helps keep them cool all night. Easy and light enough to drag from room to room, even the most nomadic of children will love their Essential. If they're heavier or prefer more than two safety/environmental certifications, this one may not be well-suited.

Lucid

Moving along, the next stop on our quest for the best foam mattresses for kids is Lucid.

When you shop by room on the Lucid site, the 'Kids' Bedroom' category suggests 3 models:

The most economical of the 3 Lucid kids' models is the 5-inch memory foam mattress, shown here, starting at $150:

Perfect for any base, this model works in daybeds, trundles, and bunk beds - and lots more:

Its 3 layers are made of a soft, breathable cover, comfy gel-infused memory foam, and a supportive base foam.

But while rated as an excellent mattress for back and stomach sleepers, Lucid thinks side sleepers may be happier with a different model.

They may be happier, for example, with the 6 inch gel memory mattress, shown below, perfect for back, stomach, and side sleepers:

or the 8 inch gel memory foam kids' mattress shown below, which is great for all sleep styles and preferences.

All Lucid kids' mattress models are available in 7 sizes (Full, Full XL, Queen, Twin, Twin XL, Cal King, King), ship directly to your doorstep, and offer a 10-year warranty.

Price: The 5 inch gel memory starts at $150, the 6 inch starts at $175, and the 8 inch starts at $225.

Are these recommended for children/toddlers? Yes, these are advertised as designed for children, specifically because they fit into bunk beds and trundles, are lightweight and easy to move, and allow for a cozy but cool feel so kids can sleep through the night.

What are the delivery options? These are shipped free of charge to your doorstep, expected to arrive within 5-7 days of your order.

Do they have any safety (or other) certifications? Yes, the foam used in their mattresses and mattress toppers is CertiPUR-US® certified.

Is there an in-home trial offered? No.

Refund/warranty policies? Refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchase if item is unused and still in its original packaging. There is a 10-year warranty on all mattresses.

Pros:

  • Covers are easy to remove for cleaning
  • Lightweight and perfect for small bodies
  • Expands to full size and shape quickly
  • Fits on any foundation

Cons:

  • Slight offgassing may take a day or two to pass
  • Fewer certifications than some other brands

Bottom Line:

An easy bed when a kiddo needs a quick replacement, but there's not a lot to spend. Lucid mattresses work with almost any foundation or frame. Not much for certifications, but the foam is CertiPUR-US certified. You'll get a 10% off coupon code when you subscribe to their email list as well.

Sleep Number Kids

Here we go again, looking to our next discovery of the best mattresses for kids' beds, and we arrive at the foot of Sleep Number Kids beds — and yes, these are adjustable for kids' comfort just like the adult versions!

The star of the show is the Sleep Number SleepIQ Kids K2 Bed, shown below, which is described as "the smart bed that adjusts with them as they grow."

The Sleep Number SleepIQ Kids K2 Bed is offered in Twin, Full, and Queen sizes, and either with or without a base. It also comes in both Denim or Lime color (Denim is shown above).

Here it is in Lime:

There's also additional features available with the bed's app, including remote lighting control so parents can turn the lights off from their room after the child has fallen asleep, and alerts to let the parent know if the child is sleeping soundly, awake, or has left the bed, and under-bed lights that automatically turn on when the child gets out of bed during the night. There's even a 'Monster Detector' feature!

FYI parents and caregivers, there's a bunch of other cute stuff in the Sleep Number Kids section, too, if you want to shop for plush toys (these little monsters may come in handy with the 'Monster Detector' feature of the app), sheets, pillowcases, lounge pillows, or other accessories.

Price: Twins start at $799.

Are these recommended for children/toddlers? Yes, for children, but not kids under 4. (There's a K1 model for kids ages 4-14 and the K2 model for kids age 10 and up).

What are the delivery options? For shipping options, Sleep Number offers standard UPS Ground with easy-to-follow at-home assembly instructions if your order qualifies for it. Otherwise there is Comfort Service Home Delivery for in-home setup for a fee. The SleepIQ Kids k2 bed can be delivered either way.

Do they have any safety (or other) certifications? No information was found regarding certifications.

Is there an in-home trial offered? Yes, 100 nights.

Refund/warranty policies?  All Sleep Number beds are covered by the Select Comfort 2-20-25 warranty, which means the following: 2 years full coverage, years 3-20 prorated, years 21-25 get 96% coverage. Returns are possible within 30 days of your order, but you must contact Customer Service for a RSO number before returning your mattress; details are offered here.

Pros:

  • Reputable company
  • Free shipping available
  • In-home setup available
  • 100 night trial
  • 2-20-25 Warranty

Cons:

  • No safety or environmental certifications can be found
  • Pricey

Bottom Line:

You would think a company like Sleep Number would rest assured have the best mattresses for kids beds. And maybe they do. But no certifications of any kind? They are listed on the CertiPUR partipating companies list, but it does not state for which product/s. Aside from that, these appear to be high quality and durable mattresses, likely to last a while. The warranty is nice in case of possible defects. If you don't mind the price or the lack of easily-found certifications, go for it!

AeroBed

For the family that travels often, a long summer camping trip, or the kid who likes to have lots of sleepovers at Grandma's house, enter the AeroBed Inflatable Mattress for Kids.

This handy air mattress comes with its own proper air pump, and easily inflates in minutes. When fully inflated, it measures 50 inches long by 25 inches wide, and is described on Business Insider as having a slight recession on one side surrounded by an elevated 'wall' around its perimeter, designed to keep little ones from falling off. Just flip it over for the older kids and the recession disappears. This bed works best for kids ages 4 and up, according to the label.

It also comes with its own cover (shown above), which is removable for washing.

Price: It's marked down to $56.54 on the AeroBed website, and Amazon and Home Depot both have it for slightly more. You may also be able to find one near you with this store locator.

There's also a Queen and Twin Air Mattress Section, an Accessories Section, and a Clearance Section on the AeroBed site - where, interestingly, the AeroBed for Kids can be found.

Are these recommended for children/toddlers? Yes, they are specifically designed for children ages 4 and up.

What are the delivery options? Shipping charges vary according to weight; see chart here. However, it should be noted that when I did my 'mock purchase' of the kids' air mattress, it showed me this for the shipping part (so you may luck out and get free shipping!):

Do they have any safety (or other) certifications? None found.

Is there an in-home trial offered? No.

Refund/warranty policies? Refunds are offered for unused merchandise within 30 days following purchase.  You must call them for a Refund Authorization before mailing your item  back to them. Warranties vary with product; Aerobed Kids Inflatable Mattress have a 1-year warranty. Keep your original receipt as proof of purchase.

Pros:

  • Inflates easily and quickly in minutes
  • Deflates just as easily with the 'Whoosh' patented deflator and stashes away for space-efficient travel
  • Supports up to 300 pounds
  • Comes with its own removable, washable cover and pump

Cons:

  • No certifications found
  • Some felt it was noisy when the child moved
  • Some felt it deflated too much overnight

Bottom Line:

If you have a frequent overnighter or an avid traveling family, this could be perfect. Be sure it works great as soon as you get it so that a refund can be processed on time otherwise (you only get 30 days). Overall, if it's free of defects, we think it's a good value to grab at current prices.

DreamFoam Arctic Dreams by Brooklyn Bedding

Now we're heading in for the final stop on our tour, and we hope you've got some good ideas to help you decide on your kids' best online mattress by now! Our last review of the day will be on the DreamFoam Arctic Dreams Cooling Gel Mattress by Brooklyn Bedding

If your kid gets too hot while sleeping, we've found your solution. The Arctic Dreams Mattress in Twin size is one of the best twin mattresses for kids. It utilizes cutting edge viscoelastic foam and has an optimally responsive polymer structure to replace latex or springs while ensuring your easily-overheated kid stays cool enough to sleep all night.

Starting at a low price for the Twin size at $179, the Arctic Dreams model is not only affordable, but also features the following:

More great news? That foam we talked about earlier is CertiPUR-US certified, meaning your kid's mattress is free of CFCs, ozone depleters, PBDEs, heavy metals, and more (listed above.)

Price: Twin size mattresses start out at $179.

Are these recommended for children/toddlers? This mattress is best for lightweight folks (heavier people may not enjoy the sinkage which occurs due to their weight while sleeping), and the twin size fits a kid in elementary school or even middle/high school perfectly. The best part is that you can't sleep hot with this type of mattress even if you try - so the ideal match is an easily overheated, lighter, smaller person - a kid, therefore, would be ideal!

What are the delivery options? This mattress will arrive by UPS Ground free of charge. You can adjust your best two-day range on the checkout screen in the comment box.

Do they have any safety (or other) certifications? They have CertiPUR-US certification on their foams. They are also OEKO-TEX certified.

Is there an in-home trial offered? Yes, 120 days.

Refund/warranty policies? You can return your mattress for a full refund after the 30th day and before the 100th day of your in-home trial. These mattresses come with a 10 year warranty.

Pros:

  • Great for back, stomach, and side sleepers
  • Made in the USA
  • Affordable
  • Sleeps very cool (hence the Arctic Dreams!)
  • 120 day in-home trial to test out the mattress

Cons:

  • Larger, heavier people complain that their mattress damages quickly; lighter folks' mattresses remain intact over the same period of time
  • Not the greatest edge support

Bottom Line:

These are great for small, light people and especially superb for those who overheat while sleeping. Perfect for a kid who wakes up complaining they're too hot! Stay away from the edges for best support.

Are you ready to shop for your littles' mattress now? Remember to check labels carefully, look for certifications, and ask as many questions as you need to. With the number of hours they may end up spending on this bed, you can't possibly ask too many. Good luck!

But we've gone in for the best in class of today's new hypoallergenic mattresses for you, and some are pretty impressive. Come check 'em out!

Got allergies? We understand. Allergies can truly make life difficult, especially when you try to sleep on a new mattress that isn’t hypoallergenic. But take heart! We’ve gone in for the best in class in today’s modern mattresses to find what’s good for the allergic among us and what’s not. Check out our results:

Tomorrow Sleep

Compatible with most mattress bases, Tomorrow Sleep offers two main types of mattress: their Hybrid and their Memory Foam

They also sell adjustable beds, sheet sets, curtains, comforters, mattress protectors, plush and/or memory foam pillows, and more.

Are Tomorrow Sleep mattresses hypoallergenic?

They aren’t described specifically as 'hypoallergenic,' but they should be as non-toxic ingredients are used throughout the manufacturing process. To be specific, all Tomorrow Sleep mattresses are latex-free and independently CertiPUR certified to be “made without ozone depleters, PBDE flame retardants, mercury, lead, and other heavy metals, formaldehyde, and phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission.” Details can be read here.

Additionally, Tomorrow Sleep’s FAQ explains that their mattresses’ dense memory foam layers “make living conditions unfavorable to dust mites and bedbugs” — which is most certainly a bonus!

Here are some other fun stats about Tomorrow Sleep:

Price: Hybrids start at $545 and Memory Foams start at $445.

Delivery options: Yes, your mattress will be delivered to your doorstep with free shipping within 2-3 days. White Glove service is available starting at $75 and old mattress removal starts at $49, with pricing varying based upon location. Details here.

Is there an in-home trial period? Yes - there’s a 365-day in-home trial period, after which you can receive a full refund if you decide you don’t like your mattress.

Refund policy? Warranty? Most Tomorrow Sleep products are refundable within 100 days while mattresses get a whole year. If you need to return a mattress and don’t have the original box, call the Tomorrow Sleep ‘Dream Team’ and they’ll have it picked up. Details here. And all Tomorrow Sleep mattresses come with a 10-Year Serta Simmons Warranty.

Any cool extras? Tomorrow Sleep offers a Sleep Tracker for an additional $89-99 that analyzes your sleep patterns, breathing, heart rate, and more for either one or two people.

Pros:

  • A great value for the price
  • You can choose from 3 levels of firmness on each mattress
  • The Hybrids are great for alleviating back pain and arthritis joint pain
  • Customer service is prompt and helpful
  • Mattresses “sleep cool” and there’s no motion transfer
  • Very little odor upon unboxing

Cons:

  • Some found the ‘firm’ beds to be a bit too firm
  • Some areas don’t have the option for White Glove setup or to remove mattresses (this is generally based upon your home’s proximity to a metropolitan area)

Bottom Line:

Tomorrow Sleep mattresses carry a 4.8 out of 5 star rating. Give your mattress a few days to “break in” before you make your verdict on whether you like it. You’ll be wise to decide at the time of your order whether you’ll need White Glove setup - it can’t be added after delivery is complete.

Brentwood Home

When you’re ready to sleep on a little “affordable luxury,” check out Brentwood Home mattresses.

Made in Los Angeles, the Brentwood Home Collection features 5 main mattress varieties, plus kids’ and crib mattresses, other types of bedding and pillows, as well as pet beds.

The Oceano mattress comes with a Tencel knit cover, a hand-tufted Euro-top, and CertiPUR certified cooling gel memory foam.

The Crystal Cove mattress is 100% wool-free (and therefore) vegan and GREENGUARD Gold Certified, as well as dual-sided, and made to provide a therapeutically restorative sleep.

The Cedar mattress is created using eco-INSTITUT certified natural latex, OEKO-TEX certified wool, GOTS certified organic cotton, flaxseed fiber padding, and comes with a medium-plush hand-tufted Euro-top.

The Ojai mattress is complete with a layer of high-density cooling gel memory foam, natural latex, CertiPUR certified foams, a chemical-free flame barrier comprised of natural hydrated silica sand, and 5 zones of coil support, all topped with a hand-tufted medium feel.

Are Brentwood Home mattresses hypoallergenic?

Yes. Brentwood Home uses no harmful chemicals, stick with only CertiPUR certified foams, and use 100% natural latex and organic cotton. Read about their carefully sourced materials here.

The Cypress Bamboo Gel mattress is their most affordable hypoallergenic mattress, and best-selling all foam variety, consisting of wool from New Zealand and cooling gel-infused memory foam, with a handy removable bamboo-derived cover — a naturally hypoallergenic material.

Here's some other info on Brentwood Home:

Price: The Oceano starts at $995, the Crystal Cove starts at $895, the Cedar starts at $1349, the Ojai starts at $795, and the Cypress Bamboo Gel starts at $310.

Delivery options: You can get your mattress delivered within the 48 contiguous U.S. states in a handy white box as pictured above, to your doorstep, by free FedEx Ground/Home delivery. White Glove Delivery is available at an extra $199; In-Home Delivery as well as Old Mattress Removal is an extra $275 - and White Glove Deliveries take longer, typically around 2-3 weeks from the time of your order (unless you’re in L.A. or San Diego, where it only takes 1-2 weeks).

If you’ve ordered the Cedar, Oceano, or Crystal Cove mattresses in either the King & Cal King sizes, you’ll automatically get complimentary White Glove Delivery at no added cost to you - unless you want mattress removal added, which is $75. Details here.

Is there an in-home trial period? Yes, there is a 120-night guarantee for all Brentwood Home mattresses, after which they will pick it up from you free of charge and donate it if you don't like it.

Refund policy? Warranty? If you decide you don’t want your mattress within the 120 days in-home trial mentioned above, you will receive a 100% refund. The full 25-year warranty can be read about here

*NOTE: The 120-night guarantee, refund policy, and warranty only apply to purchases made on the brentwoodhome.com website — mattresses purchased via any third party retailers do not get them, including Amazon and Costco.

Any cool extras? Select mattresses receive $175 off during their summer sale when you use the promo code SUNNY175.

Pros:

  • Unlike some of the recent online mattress start-ups with no real history to base an opinion upon, Brentwood Home is based in Los Angeles and has been in the mattress-making business for over 30 years
  • Great contouring and edge support
  • They maintain a B- rating on the BBB website
  • There are 7 sizes to choose from on each mattress: Twin, Twin XL, Full, Queen, King, California King, and Split King
  • Superior motion isolation

Cons:

  • The 120-night guarantee comes with a mandatory 30-night break-in period, during which the mattress cannot be returned
  • Larger sizes on some mattress models (i.e. the Cedar and Oceano) weigh over 135 pounds - so if you want to move them after the White Glove Delivery (it comes free of charge with these) assembly is over, you may need some help

Bottom Line:

These mattresses received between 74%-77% positive ratings by over 100 customers. It helps that they have a 120-night free in-home trial, within which you pay nothing to return the mattress and you get a full refund if you don’t like it. We think you’ve got nothing to lose here - just make sure your geography falls within their White Glove Delivery if you’re purchasing a larger model, as they can be quite heavy.

Brooklyn Bedding

When it's time for a new mattress, you're gonna want to see what's going on at Brooklyn Bedding. Unlike many bed-in-a-box companies, Brooklyn Bedding also has numerous showrooms nationwide where you can go check out the mattresses before you buy. Find one near you here.

At Brooklyn Bedding, you’ll find 3 main mattress varieties: the Bowery, Signature, and Aurora:

Are Brooklyn Bedding mattresses hypoallergenic?

Yes. Brooklyn Bedding mattress foams are CertiPUR certified and they do not use any chemical retardants or chemical fire sprays in their mattresses. Instead, they use Jones Fiber fire-retardant socks, made from “non-woven silica/rayon/polyester/cotton blend” - and their mattress protectors are all made of hypoallergenic cotton terry.

Other info about Brooklyn Bedding mattresses:

Price: The Bowery starts at $449 (currently at $359), the Signature starts at $599 (currently at $479), and the Aurora starts at $999 (currently at $799).

Delivery options: After processing your order (which takes 1-3 days), FedEx Ground delivers your mattress within 3-5 business days depending upon your location. Doesn't look like White Glove Delivery is an option, so consider the weight of your mattress and whether you'll need to reach out to a friend for help maneuvering it once delivered.

Is there an in-home trial period? Yes, there’s a 120-night in-home trial.

Refund policy? Warranty? After trying your new mattress for at least 30 days, you may return it free of charge for up to 120 days. To implement a return, contact Brooklyn Bedding’s customer service at support@brooklynbedding.com for details. Usually, they’ll have you donate the mattress. (If you have trouble with the donating process, give them a call and they can assist you.) Once that is done, call them to expedite your refund. Details here. Their mattress warranty is offered for 10 years; details here.

Pros:

  • Free shipping throughout the contiguous 48 states
  • Comfy for all sleeping positions
  • Affordable options
  • Sleeps cool

Cons:

  • Edges aren’t the best, especially for heavier individuals
  • No White Glove setup or old mattress removal offered
  • 30 days break-in required before you can return it

Bottom Line:

Brooklyn Bedding mattresses are great on affordability and the 120-night in-home trial sweetens the deal, but you’re on the heavy side, you might not get enough support. (If you’re near any of their brick-and-mortar locales, you might want to check the mattresses out there beforehand). You can’t get White Glove setup or have your old mattress removed though, so give that a little thought ahead of time.

Amore Beds

You'll be feelin' the love when you check out the hypoallergenic mattress options available at Amore Beds. Made in the USA, Amore Beds come in 2 basic varieties: an 11-inch foam flippable mattress and a 12-inch hybrid coil mattress.

Offered in 6 sizes, the 11-inch flippable mattress lets you choose from your preference of the standard organic cotton fabric (free) or a copper ion-infused fabric for a little extra:

The 12-inch Hybrid Coil mattress also gives you choices, including the same 6 sizes, as well as 3 firmness levels, the option to split your mattress' firmness, and then finally the same organic cotton/copper ion-infused fabric choice.

Are Amore Beds mattresses hypoallergenic?

Yes. Both the organic cotton and the copper ion-infused fabric covers are breathable and hypoallergenic, and both types of mattresses achieve flame resistance without harmful chemicals. The organic wool inner layer uses GOTS-certified cotton from New Zealand, and all foams are CertiPUR certified.

Other Amore Beds info:

Price: The 11-inch foam flippable starts at $320 while the 12-inch hybrid coil starts at $350.

Delivery options: Once your customized mattress is created, it’s shipped free of charge to your doorstep within 4-10 days. If you prefer to sign for your boxed mattress upon delivery, you can make that selection at checkout. Doesn't look like White Glove Delivery or any other options are available, however.

Is there an in-home trial period? Yes, there’s a 100-night free trial.

Refund policy? Warranty? After a 30-day honest sleep trial up to 120 days, you may return your mattress for a full refund. They ask that you call them at 1-844-84-AMORE to start the return process. Their hybrid mattresses come with 20-year warranties, and their flippable mattresses come with 10; details here.

Any cool extras? Amore Beds offer an online Comfort Survey to help you determine your best firmness level:

Pros:

  • They offer 3 firmness levels and the option to split firmness
  • Affordable
  • They offer free shipping and returns
  • Available in 6 sizes
  • They maintain an A+ rating on the BBB website (although there is no activity suggesting any complaints have ever been posted or resolved)

Cons:

  • This is a newish startup, so there isn’t much to reference as far as customer feedback
  • Some customers may not like the 30-day honest trial requirement necessary before implementing their refund

Bottom Line:

Customizations are nice on these, especially the option to split firmness for sleep partners who like different levels - and their handy online survey will help you decide which level is best for you. Some customers describe these as like “sleeping on a cloud” so I’d probably try it to see if I agree, especially since refunds are free up to 100 nights.

Bear Mattress

When it comes to hypoallergenic mattresses, you'll have two main choices at Bear Mattress as well; the popular standard Bear Mattress and the luxury Bear Hybrid.

What makes both these models unique is their use of Celliant technology, explained here, which is said to help regulate body temperature and rejuvenate and enhance the body's recovery while you sleep.

Are Bear mattresses hypoallergenic?

Yes, unless your allergy is to Polyester. Bear mattress foams are CertiPUR-US certified, meaning they maintain low VOCs for indoor air quality, and are made without prohibited phthalates, ozone depleters, PBDEs, mercury, lead and heavy metals, and free of formaldehyde.

They do warn that allergic reactions to any materials can occur, but since 2003 there have been no reported cases of allergic reactions. However, as Celliant (a material used in their mattresses) requires a synthetic carrier, you should not use Celliant if you are allergic to polyester fibers.

Other info about Bear Mattress:

Price:  The regular Bear Mattress starts at $540 while the Bear Hybrid starts at $1350.

Delivery options: Bear Mattress delivers free of charge within the contiguous 48 states. There appear to be no options for White Glove Delivery or old mattress removal.

Is there an in-home trial period? Yes, there is a 100-night in-home trial.

Refund policy? Warranty?  You can get a 100% refund between 30 and 100 days following purchase. They ask you to call 1-844-311-0035 to begin the refund process. Bear mattresses come with a 20-year warranty.

Any cool extras? A portion of Bear’s profits is sent to the Good Sports charity to “help children all over the U.S. have access to a healthy lifestyle through sports and physical activity.”

Pros:

  • Benefits athletes and others in need of enhanced muscle recovery while they sleep
  • Easy free shipping and returns
  • Sleeps cool
  • Made in USA
  • Most felt Bear mattresses offer good back support
  • Affordable

Cons:

  • Some felt they were too firm
  • A brief period of offgassing was noticed by some
  • Heavier sleepers may not feel supported

Bottom Line:

A great choice if you want to try Celliant technology to repair muscles while you sleep. Heavier individuals may want to try first (which is great since there’s a 100-night trial) to see if it feels supportive. Due to the possibility of offgassing, you may want to keep your new Bear in a different room for a few days after delivery.

Zinus

While they also make bed frames, foundations, platform beds, and sofas, Zinus’ mattresses (hypoallergenic mattresses, that is) are our main interest today.

Within their two main categories above, Zinus creates 7 different types of mattresses, mainly hybrid models which combine modern memory foam with individually wrapped coils from spring mattresses of yore.

Offered in 5 sizes, each mattress type features its own unique consistency and firmness levels, with the varying foam types described here:

For example, the Green Tea Memory Foam Pressure Relief Mattress is comprised of this type of foam profile, with each layer being CertiPUR-US certified:

The Gallery section under each mattress type shares ideas on how other customers have enjoyed setting up their favorite mattresses. These are all Green Tea customers' rooms:

Are Zinus mattresses hypoallergenic?

They use a chemical-free fire barrier on their mattresses, as well as only CertiPUR-US certified foams, so they should be.

Other Zinus mattress specs:

Price: All models start between $104 and $229.

Delivery options: Shipping is free using FedEx Ground. Their website also specifies that there may be a state-related recycling fee if you are from CA, CT, and RI - so keep that in mind.

Is there an in-home trial period? Yes, 100 nights.

Refund policy? Warranty? Returns kept in good condition will be fully refunded within 100 days of purchase. Details here. They offer a 10-year warranty, details here.

Any cool extras? Their website itself is kind of fun - you should check it out here. And the sale items are definitely worth a glance here

Pros:

  • Amazingly cheap
  • Especially good for back and side sleepers
  • Very little offgassing noted by most (although some did note it as a problem)
  • Superior heat regulation
  • They maintain a B rating on the BBB website

Cons:

  • Some felt they were too firm for their tastes
  • Some components are not made in the USA

Bottom Line:

Zinus has been around for 25 years and has a reputation for quality products. Their 100 night trial lets you try their mattresses free of charge - and their compilations are intriguing. Green tea extract in a mattress? Interesting!

Olee Sleep

Olee Sleep makes several types of products, but only two types of mattresses: Memory Foam and Hybrid Spring.

These are all extremely affordable, and best of all, hypoallergenic!

You can also get Memory Foam Toppers, which make even the hardest bed inviting.

Are Olee Sleep mattresses hypoallergenic?

Based on our research, most likely. Their website explains that they use eco-friendly foam, recycled steel, smart packaging, moisture-wicking Tencel fabric, OE 100 certified organic cotton, green tea and charcoal odor prevention, and fire retardants categorized at a CFR 1633 Fire Barrier.  Details here

And if the mattress you're interested in ends up being non-hypoallergenic, their mattress toppers are.

Price: Memory Foam starts from $59 - $209, Hybrid Spring starts $89 - $269.

Delivery options: Olee Sleep offers free shipping within the U.S. There are no options for White Glove Delivery or otherwise found.

Is there an in-home trial period? There does not appear to be, no.

Refund policy? Warranty? Refunds will be provided within 30 days of purchase. Mattresses come with a 10 year warranty. Details here.

Any cool extras? When you visit their site for the first time, you may see this pop-up, offering a nice little discount off your first purchase when you subscribe:

Pros:

  • Superb motion isolation on all models
  • Decent edge support
  • Fantastic prices
  • Expands to full shape in less time than usual brands
  • Offgassing odor is minimal

Cons:

  • Could not find any CertiPUR certification
  • Very few size variations

Bottom Line:

These are rated high for those who need extra body contouring or support for aching backs or joints. At these prices, it’s tempting - but we can’t be sure they’re hypoallergenic, so hang onto the packaging and receipts in case it’s not.

DreamCloud

With 8 distinct layers of padding, the DreamCloud mattress is a comfort original — and hypoallergenic to boot.

Are DreamCloud mattresses hypoallergenic?

These mattresses are backed by an Everlong Warranty - meaning forever. This company believes that if you care for your mattress properly, it should be the only one you ever need.

Pros:

  • Dreamy comfort at a low price - amazing affordability
  • Free shipping
  • Superb in-home trial period
  • They carry a A- rating with the BBB website

Bottom Line:

Cons:

Bottom Line:

They maintain 4 stars after 258 reviews on Trustpilot, 78% of which are full 5-star reviews. There’s a 200 night trial offered, and many people feel it helps their aching back improve. We’re not seeing a downside here.

  • Great value
  • No initial odor
  • Sleeps cool

Cons:

  • Smaller people may find Caspers to be too hard

Bottom Line:

Caspers get above average ratings from customers across the board. If you’re an average to large sized individual (or appreciate a firm mattress in general), and like a cool-sleeping mattress, this would likely be ideal for you. The 100-night trial can let you find out!

10 Great Mattresses For Side, Back, And Stomach Sleepers (+ Couples!)

Ever wonder if you're truly sleeping on the best mattress for your sleep position? We break down the best mattresses for stomach sleepers, side sleepers, and even couples.

These days it seems like we’re all always on the run, squeezing in a little shut eye when we can between obligations. While that might help us to fit in all the things we need to do in a day, it can have a negative effect on our physical and emotional wellbeing. But, there’s good news for those who snooze.

Doctors suggest that getting the recommended seven to nine hours can improve your concentration, decrease your risk of heart disease and stroke, boost your immune system, and even help you regulate your emotions and strengthen your social interactions with others.

But, while many of us are familiar with our doctor’s advice when it comes to the amount of sleep we should get, fewer of us have considered the role that choosing the correct mattress can play in ensuring we get the right amount of rest. And, what you may not know is that the position you sleep in can help you determine what the best possible mattress is for you.

That’s why we’ve put together this guide to help you learn more about the pros and cons of your sleep position, figure out the best type of mattress for you, and find some of the best mattresses out there so you can quit counting sheep and start catching z’s.

Here’s what you’ll get in this guide:

  • An overview of four common sleep positions and their pros and cons
  • Information on 10 of the best available mattresses and how you can save on each

Best mattresses for side sleepers

Side sleeping is reportedly the most common sleeping position, with a national sleep survey from Anna’s Linens finding that about 74 percent of us sleep this way. However, as with many things in life, there are unique advantages and disadvantages to the side sleeping lifestyle.

Side sleeping can help you keep your back and pelvis aligned which can reduce pain and pressure. It’s also great for folks who have sleep apnea and those who snore as it keeps the airway open allowing for circulation. Doctors particularly recommend sleeping on the left side as it improves circulation to the heart, helps your brain to clear out waste, and may even improve your digestion.

However, side sleeping has a few cons. If you snooze on your arms for too long it can cut off your blood circulation, causing that uncomfortable tingling sensation of your arms “falling asleep.” Sleeping with your head on a pillow is also believed to encourage wrinkles on your face, so side sleepers with vanity concerns should beware.

Foam mattresses are a great choice for side sleepers as they’re firm enough to support you, but soft enough to cradle your pressure points and conform to your body. These are some of the best options for foam mattresses:

Purple

Price: $1499 for a full-size mattress with 2” Smart Comfort Grid

Features: What sets Purple apart is their Smart Comfort Grid technology. It’s designed to flex dynamically with your body. Because it’s set up in a grid shape, it only sinks where your body puts pressure, which is especially great for your hips and shoulders. The Comfort Grid is also great for regulating temperature since it’s an open grid designed to provide great airflow. Lastly, the grid design prevents motion transfer to other parts of the bed, which means if you’re sleeping with someone else, you’re less likely to wake them if you’re tossing and turning at night.

Financial perks:

  • Free shipping and returns
  • A risk-free 100-night trial
  • Refer 10 friends and receive your very own Purple mattress free of charge
  • Regular promotions are available. For example, right now you can get a free pillow, seat cushion, set of sheets, or mattress protector with your mattress purchase. Sign up for their mailing list to stay updated on their promotions.

Best mattresses for back sleepers

Back sleeping may be one of the least common sleep positions, but it is actually one of the best for you. Back sleepers are able to maintain a neutral head, neck, and spine which can prevent pain and injury in these areas. This position keeps your body aligned well and keeps you from triggering pressure points. When you use a pillow to elevate your head, back sleeping is also a great way to ward off acid reflux as having your stomach below your esophagus keeps food and acid from coming up your digestive tract. Some also suggest that back sleeping is the best cosmetically, as squishing your face into a pillow while you sleep can cause wrinkles.

The main disadvantage of back sleeping is that it can worsen snoring because the tongue tends to block the airway. And, for folks with sleep apnea, a condition which causes a person to temporarily stop breathing throughout the night, back sleeping can be potentially dangerous. If you’re a snorer or a person with sleep apnea, you might want to try out a position other than back sleeping.

So, what’s the best type of mattress for a back sleeper? The ideal mattress is a medium firmness with enough give to conform to your body, but not so much that you sink in completely. And, if you’re someone who runs hot, a hybrid mattress might just be your best bet as it combines the cushion of memory foam with the structure of pocketed coils and tends to sleep cooler than other mattresses.

With that said, let’s check out some of the best hybrid mattresses out there:

Best mattresses for stomach sleepers

Sleeping on your stomach is one of the least common positions, with only around seven percent of people reporting sleeping that way. And, that may very well be for good reason.

Perhaps the only known positive of sleeping on your stomach is that it helps to prevent snoring and can be especially useful for people with sleep apnea. But, that’s about where the positives end.

There are unfortunately a lot of cons to sleeping on your stomach. Because you need to turn your head in order to breathe, you have to twist your neck while you sleep which puts your neck, back, and the rest of your body out of alignment. It also places extra stress on your spine and back because most of your weight is resting around the middle of your body. These issues can lead to pain, stiffness, and soreness during your waking hours.

But, changing how you sleep isn’t a simple process for most people which means it may be best to seek out a mattress that can help you sleep better, heal faster, and wake up energized. It’s recommended that stomach sleepers seek out a medium-firm mattress to get a good amount of support without putting too much pressure on your ribs and hips. These mattresses are a great choice for stomach sleepers:

Bear

Price: $744 for a full-size mattress

Features: The thing that sets Bear apart from the rest is their patented Celiant technology which turns your body’s natural heat into infrared light which returns to your muscles to help your body recover, get better sleep, and have increased energy. They recommend this mattress to athletes for that reason, but it’s also a great option for people who are stomach sleepers. In addition to this technology, the Bear has a layer of graphite-gel foam that keeps the body up to seven times cooler than an ordinary foam mattress. Plus, the mattress is a perfect balance of soft and firm to provide support and contour to your body.

Financial perks:

  • Free shipping with hassle-free returns
  • 100-night risk-free trial
  • Limited 10-year warranty
  • Regular discount codes. Sign up for their mailing list to be the first to know about specials and promotions.

Avocado Mattress

Price: $1199 for a full-size mattress

Features: According to Avocado, their regular mattress without the pillow top cover is a great option for back sleepers. It’s a solid medium-firm mattress, weighing in at a seven on a 10-point scale from soft to firm. The Avocado is also hybrid-style mattress with individually-tuned, fabric-covered coils which allow for great body contouring and back and joint support. But, one of Avocado’s biggest draws is that it’s made in the USA from 100% natural latex, New Zealand wool (they do have a vegan option now as well), and organic cotton. It’s not only great for your body, but also eco-friendly for the environment.

Financial perks:

  • 100-day risk-free trial
  • Free shipping and free returns

Best mattresses for couples

Sleeping with another person isn’t exactly a singular position. It’s pretty unlikely that you both have the exact same sleeping styles and needs when it comes to your bedding. It’s also probable that you switch positions a lot throughout the night based on whether you like to cuddle or not, how hot or cool you are, and whether your partner’s snoring is keeping you awake.

Still, studies have shown that sleeping with a partner, regardless of position, has some interesting health benefits. Sharing a bed can promote feelings of safety and security, which in turn reduces stress. This can cause a decrease in cortisol, the body’s stress hormone, and an increase in oxytocin, sometimes called the “love” hormone.

Of course the downside to sleeping with a partner is that you may wind up putting your body in some awkward positions when you’re snuggling. Anyone who’s ever been a big spoon knows that the hardest part of the job is figuring out what to do with your arms and making sure they don’t lose circulation. Plus, many cuddling positions require a misalignment of the neck, back, hips, and other body parts.

What couples need in a mattress is a happy medium. These mattresses are a great option for finding that sweet spot for you and your sweetie:

Helix

The Helix is a great mattress all-around, but one of the things that sets it above the rest is the fact that it’s fully customizable. Customers fill out a brief two-minute survey regarding their sleep habits and Helix helps them design and select the perfect mattress. However, what makes it especially great for couples is that you have the option to create a blended mattress that suits both of your needs or a dual-comfort mattress with the bed split into two customized halves for each partner. Helix creates the perfect mattress for you based on support, temperature regulation, feel, density, and more.

Financial perks:

  • A 100-night risk-free trial and zero-percent financing
  • A five-year warranty plan
  • A referral program where your friend can get $100 of their mattress and you get a $50 Amazon gift card when they make a purchase
  • Regular sales events

Amore Flippable

Price: $700 (currently on sale for $550) for a full-size mattress

Features: The Amore Flippable mattress from Amore Beds is a bed for lovers. What sets their unique flippable mattress apart from the rest is that it can be reversed, allowing you to choose between a slightly firmer and slightly softer side of the mattress. That’s great for couples who want a little of both or those who have different mattress needs and want to switch things up from time to time. The mattress features ten different layers including an organic cotton topper, a wool layer that’s great for temperature regulation, and their Fusion Flex Comfort Foam which keeps your body aligned and helps you to avoid pressure points and hot spots. You can also swap in a Copper Ion mattress topper which is thought to improve the skin, help with healing, and reduce inflammation. Plus, it’s antimicrobial and antibacterial, so it’ll keep your mattress fresh and smelling great for longer.

Financial perks:

  • Free shipping and returns within the US, typically delivered in 5-10 business days
  • 10-year warranty
  • 100 night risk-free trial
  • Regular deals like their current sale where you can get $150 off your mattress and two free pillows. Sign up for their mailing list to be the first to know about exclusive offers and promotions.
